Lee Kum Kee Supports the 15th Asian Culinary Exchange
The 15th Asian Culinary Exchange was held at the Chinese Culinary Institute in Hong Kong. Lee Kum Kee Sauce Group fully supported the event and sponsored its sauces for the competition and award presentation dinner. Over 20 teams from across Asia competed by preparing Chinese delicacies with Lee Kum Kee sauces. Government officials, representatives of the industry and contestants attended the award presentation dinner while Mr. Jet Jing, Chief Executive Officer of Lee Kum Kee Sauce Group, delivered a speech and presented prizes to the contestants.
The Asian Culinary Exchange is hosted by the Asia Art of Cuisine Society. The event will take place in one of the Asian cities each year and invite the professionals of the catering industry to participate and facilitate culinary skills exchange.
