Lee Kum Kee International Young Chef Chinese Culinary Challenge
Lee Kum Kee International Young Chef Chinese Culinary Challenge (IYCCCC) will be held at Chinese Culinary Institute in Pok Fu Lam, Hong Kong on 19-20 September 2018. The first two cohorts of IYCCCC also held in Hong Kong received overwhelming response with very keen participation. Lee Kum Kee thus rides on the success to host the third IYCCCC for promoting Chinese cuisines worldwide.
