Passionate about cooking, I had been a loyal fan of Lee Kum Kee long before I joined the company. I loved the classic design of its product packaging, which emanates a sense of quality assurance and professionalism. I also liked how convenient it is to use Lee Kum Kee’s products, with which I can cook delicious dishes effortlessly.
I feel very lucky to have joined Lee Kum Kee in 2013. I somehow believe destiny led me here. I now have a much better understanding of the company’s “100-1=0” quality management philosophy. The Company’s commitment to quality clearly demonstrates what a principled and responsible corporation Lee Kum Kee is. I am really proud to be a part of the Lee Kum Kee family.
With the corporate value of “Si Li Ji Ren” in mind, we always “put ourselves in others’ shoes” at work to make sure projects are implemented in a way that the needs of all teams are considered. In 2016, I had the opportunity to take part in the opening of the Shanghai Lee Kum Kee Building. We worked together across different teams, looked into every nook and cranny, and helped each other out to reach this milestone together in the end.
I would use Brown Braising Sauce to describe my job. It’s both savory and sweet and has such a distinct flavour that you keep wanting more. With this sauce, I have many ideas to create new dishes.
“Where there are people, there is Lee Kum Kee”. The supreme quality of our products has brought Lee Kum Kee into space several times. So now we can proudly say that “even where there are no people, there is Lee Kum Kee”. I look forward to promoting Chinese culinary culture worldwide with Lee Kum Kee in the spirit of “Constant Entrepreneurship”.
