I joined Lee Kum Kee in 2015. When I first joined the Company, I was responsible for the marketing of soy sauce in the South East Asia region, which involves building brand awareness, analyzing opportunity and gap as well as driving new product development for soy sauce category. Recently, I have become Regional Category Manager, Oyster and Other Categories and have the opportunity to handle the company’s biggest and core portfolio – oyster sauce category.

Lee Kum Kee provides me with the exposure of a regional role as well as the opportunity to work on different marketing strategies for both developing and developed countries. I have faced some difficulties with my projects here before, and I am grateful to have my colleagues’ understanding and assistance, allowing me to smooth out the problems successfully. Although I have joined Lee Kum Kee only for a short period of time, I have learned a lot and found myself becoming more mature.

Apart from work, I have participated in activities such as charity work and the Corporate Culture Trip to Xinhui, China. After the trip, I felt so proud and happy to be part of Lee Kum Kee – for its philosophy of “100-1=0” which places quality on the highest priority.
