This position performs works related to online inspection, sanitationinspection, receiving inspection, and other activities related to qualityassurance and quality control.


Online Inspection

  • Conduct online inspections and verify the control parameters accordingto procedures and instructions for production, filling and packagingprocess.
  • Record result of inspection, including weigh-up, filling temperature,packaging material, product code, container closure, etc.
  • Perform GMP/hygiene inspection based on GMP and hygiene standards.Correct GMP/hygiene violation and report to production supervisorand/or QA Manager.
  • All jobs shall be conducted timely according to QA/QC work instruction.

Sanitation Inspection

  • Conduct daily and monthly sanitation inspections, includingpre-operation inspection and post-operation inspection.
  • Perform ATP test and environmental swabbing.
  • Monitor environmental air quality and inspect employees’ hygienecondition.
  • Record the result of inspection and communicate with ProductionSupervisor and Quality Assurance Manager.

Receiving Inspection procedures

  • Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging materials according toQA/QC work instruction.
  • Take samples when needed according to the receiving manual
  • Organize and update Raw Material Manual.
  • Organize and update receiving records.
  • Organize and update COA from suppliers

Other tasks

  • Observe and record nonconforming products / production and promptlycommunicate with production supervisor and Quality Assurance Manager ordesignee for immediate action.
  • Make routine decisions for product holding, production line holding,etc, and verify correction and corrective action and document theincident accordingly.
  • Calibrate equipment used for inspections and report immediately if thedevice is malfunction.
  • Assist Quality Assurance Manager with any tasks related to qualitycompliance.
  • Perform other special assignment from the management.

This position requires with minimum a high school diploma or generaleducation (GED). Candidate must be able to work independently and incross-functional teams to achieve established goals. Individual must bedetailed-oriented, quality-oriented, with high sense of responsibility.


Candidate must be able to speak, write, read and understand English toperform daily functions. Bilingual in English/Chinese or Spanish preferred.


Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure,using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.


Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructionsfurnished in written and oral form. Ideal candidate must be able toeffectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations tocustomers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
