The 7th International Master Chef's Charity Gala Dinner, organized by the International Master Chef Charity Association and co-organized by Kwan Sang Charity Foundation and Institute of Dining Professionals, will be held on 9 October. Lee Kum Kee sponsors and fully supports the event. Over 400 renowned chefs from 22 countries and regions will come to Hong Kong to volunteer their culinary expertise, hosting a 180-table banquet at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center to raise funds for charitable causes.
