I have worked in Lee Kum Kee for 22 years! I joined the Company because I needed some money to pay for my college tuition, and since my mother was working here, she referred me to Lee Kum Kee.
I first joined as a packer. Then I met the Vice President of Manufacturing at that time who guided me and encouraged me to learn. I like learning new things. I was glad to have the opportunities to interact with suppliers and evaluate the new equipment to drive the change from manual operation to automation. It was challenging, yet exciting. All these experiences helped build my career and equipped my leadership skills. I am now the Production Manager working on various projects.
Lee Kum Kee is the one and only one company that I have worked for since my graduation. I have not only learned a lot about the food industry, production process and regulations, but also how to appreciate Chinese food! Now wherever I travel to, I always look for a Chinese restaurant.
If I have to pick a product to describe myself, I would definitely pick Panda Oyster Sauce! It is the No.1 product in the Americas. Likewise, I always try to do my best at work and be the No.1 at Lee Kum Kee.
