The position will work within the processing and packaging teams to operateall related equipment’s according to product standard process.


  • Set up, sanitize, operate, clean up and maintain assigned Machine.
  • Record filling time, material usage and finished goods in fillingreport.
  • Inspect and packing products.
  • Prepare and transfer work in process materials.
  • Cooperate with the team to fulfill production schedule efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Be able learn the equipment assigned and to provide info to engineeringwith any mechanical related issues.
  • Capable to troubleshoot the assigned machines.
  • Capable to perform size/line changing on the assigned machines.
  • Capable of performing non-mechanical preventive maintenance on theassigned machines.
  • Able to communicate about minor problems and work with supervisors andteam leads to solve them.
  • After training, ability to train and mentor other operators on theoperating and maintenance standards
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by supervisors.


This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to threemonths related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.


Ability to read and write, comprehend simple instructions, shortcorrespondence, memos and machine display information. Bilingual inEnglish/ Chinese preferred.


Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.


Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructionsfurnished in written and/or oral form.
