  • Manage the leasing, property management and project management of the Group’s properties and daily operation of the department 
  • Initiate, lead and collaborate with internal and external parties/property agencies in carrying out duties 
  • Select suitable consultants for providing asset management, leasing, property and project management services 
  • Ensure regular, timeliness and accurate reports to the top management 
  • Control and conclude tenancy negotiations in accordance with corporate culture and requirements 
  • Work in close liaison with Project Manager on the submission from tenants for fitting-out proposals 
  • Handle tenants’ complaints and resolve any property related problems arise 
  • Prepare and manage budgets of the group’s properties 
  • Work with project manager and consultant to monitor construction progress and ensure properties are delivered in accordance with contract 
  • Contribute on the layout, interior and hardware design of new developments during design and construction stages in order to cope with future leasing and property management needs 
  • Identify areas of potential improvement in the design and tenant layouts as appropriate 
  • Maintain good landlord and tenant relationship and assist tenants in their specific requirements wherever possible 
  • Build up and maintain relationship with developers, technical/engineering/surveying professionals and key property agencies 
  • Handle ad hoc property acquisitions and valuation as assigned



  • Minimum of 8 years’ relevant asset management, leasing or property management experience , with 3-5 years’ in management position, with multinational corporations 
  • Registered Professional Surveyor, MRICS/MHKIS/MHKIH 
  • Experiences in property acquisitions, valuation and undertaking legal, technical, financial and tax due diligence will be advantages 
  • Proficient in spoken and written in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus 
  • Effective interpersonal, influencing and problem solving skills 
  • Service oriented, self-motivated and excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment 
  • Skills in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures 
  • Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions 
  • Ability to supervise and train staff, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments 
  • Skills in budget preparation and fiscal management 
  • Unquestionable ethics and integrity
